A cancellation policy serves as a formal agreement between a service provider and their client, explicitly outlining the consequences, typically in the form of a fee, should the client need to cancel an appointment. This fee may be a percentage of the total service cost or a fixed amount.

Cancellation Policy:

  •  Less than 24 Hours Notice:  Any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 30% of the scheduled service.

  •  No-Show:  Clients who miss their appointments without prior notification will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.

  • Day-of Booking:  Should you book a service on the same day and fail to show up, you will be charged the full service amount.

  • Late Arrival:  In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reduce your service time, and you will be charged in full for the booked service.

  • 24 Hours or More Notice:  Any cancellation made 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment will NOT incur any fees.

We deeply appreciate the value of both our clients' and staff's time, which is why we have introduced this policy. When you miss an appointment with us, it affects not only our business but also the potential to serve other clients who could have scheduled during that time. Please take note that all no-shows and same-day cancellations WILL be subject to our cancellation policy.

By scheduling your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. Please be aware that all services require a credit card to secure a reservation, including those intended to be paid with a gift card. Kindly have your credit card ready when booking. If you are a member or possess a gift card, your credit card will only be charged for any remaining balance after your benefit or gift card has been applied to your service.

Upon booking your appointment, you will receive both a text and email confirmation. We kindly request that you check your email and remain attentive to any emails originating from Beauty by Satik. An automated email appointment reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, alongside an automated text reminder 24 hours in advance. To confirm your appointment, simply click "confirm" in the body of the email. It's important to note that email and text reminders are automated and are not designed for replies; therefore, attempting to reply to them is not an acceptable method of cancellation. Should you need to cancel or reschedule before the cancellation period, please employ one of the following approved means of communication: call, text, or use our email. These are the only acceptable methods for canceling or rescheduling. Please rest assured that you will NOT be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of your scheduled service.

It remains the responsibility of the client to thoroughly review our policies, pre-care and aftercare instructions, contraindications, and disclaimers. Additionally, clients are expected to review all appointment reminders.

For your security, please be aware that we do not retain your full credit card information. Our payment processor provides us with a secure, unique code that is encrypted and cannot be used by anyone else to charge your account. Upon checkout, guests may select their preferred method of payment.
