If another treatment would be a better fit, we’ll communicate that with you during your appointment.

What’s the difference between the Customized Facial and Hydrating Facial with Red Light?

Our Hydrating Facial with Red Light follows a set treatment protocol, including a specific mask option designed to exfoliate and a second mask to provide hydration and a healthy, refreshed glow.Our Customized Facial gives your esthetician more flexibility to personalize the treatment. Your esthetician can choose different masks, toners, exfoliants, and other products based on your skin’s condition and your individual goals.Not sure which one is right for you? Which facial should I book for acne?

Accepted Answer

Our Calm & Clear Blemish Treatment and Purifying Deep Cleansing Facial are both excellent options for acne-prone skin.Both treatments include a salicylic acid mask to help with congestion, whiteheads, and texture, along with blue light therapy to help calm inflammation and high frequency to support the healing of congested pores. Both treatments also allow additional time for manual extractions.The Purifying Deep Cleansing Facial uses stronger treatment products and may include approximately 3–5 days of mild to light dryness or flaking afterward. We recommend scheduling this treatment at least one week before important events or travel.

Should I book dermaplaning or a facial?

Dermaplaning is a physical exfoliation treatment that removes dead skin buildup from the surface of the skin while also removing fine vellus hair, commonly known as peach fuzz.It’s a great option when your main goal is smooth, glowing skin, and it can be booked as an add-on or as a stand-alone treatment.If you’re looking to address specific skin concerns such as acne, congestion, dehydration, pigmentation, or aging, a facial may be a better option. Your esthetician can also help determine what your skin needs during your appointment.

What if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

We offer Prenatal Facials using products selected to be pregnancy- and breastfeeding-safe while still providing an effective, relaxing treatment.The treatment includes gentle extractions around the T-zone, glycolic exfoliant, hydration mask, calming toner and serum, moisturizer, SPF, and a nourishing lip treatment.If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let your esthetician know before your appointment so we can ensure your treatment is appropriately customized.
